How to Participate:
Visit each library to receive a stamp! Once complete, return the stamp book to any participating library to be entered into a local & grand prize drawing. Return by September 30th.

Trumbull County Reads:
Mystery takes flight for Trumbull County Reads 2026 this October!
“To Slip the Bonds of Earth” by Amanda Flower has been selected as the Trumbull County Reads 2026 featured book. Set in 1903, the book is an Agatha Award-winning mystery inspired by the Wright brothers’ real-life sister. While not as famous as her older siblings Wilbur and Orville, the celebrated inventors of flight, Katharine Wright is equally inventive – especially when it comes to solving crimes – in this historical mystery.
“The Wright Brothers” by David McCullough is a companion nonfiction selection for Trumbull County Reads 2026. The bestseller tells the dramatic story-behind-the-story about the courageous brothers who taught the world how to fly—Wilbur and Orville Wright.
An engaging series of special events, guest speakers, and more activities centered around the themes of history, mystery, and aviation are planned throughout the fall. Pick up a brochure with a full schedule of events!
Trumbull County Reads is an annual collaboration of the Warren-Trumbull County Public Library, Newton Falls Public Library, McKinley Memorial Library, Kinsman Free Public Library, Hubbard Public Library, Girard Free Library, and Bristol Public Library.
Fall Book Sale: November 7 - November 12
Saturday, November 7 – 9 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Monday, November 9 – 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Tuesday, November 10 – (half price) 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Wednesday, November 11 – (half price) 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Thursday, November 12 – (all books free) 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Donations of books, puzzles, DVDs and CDs will be accepted November 2 - 6 only.
Donations will be previewed by staff before acceptance. Items may be declined if damaged, moldy, or in poor condition. No magazines or encyclopedias will be accepted.
Technology Education Programs:
Get one-on-one help with your smartphone, tablet, or laptop at the library. Personalized technology assistance is available by appointment free of charge. Call (330) 876-2461 for more information and to book your session today! Technology Education Programs including one on one appointments, game days, and additional programs are available throughout the year.
Sunshine Shuttle Senior Homebound Services:
The Sunshine Shuttle will deliver books and library materials right to your door once a month. This service is offered to Kinsman Free Public Library patrons 65+ years of age or who are homebound. Participants must reside within the Joseph Badger School District. Call (330) 876-2461 or stop into the Library for more info and to apply for this free service.
Creative Studios:
Creative Studios Programs are available every Tuesday of the month for ages 12 years and up. Registration is required for a 1hr. one-on-one appointment. Appointments may be available outside of these dates upon request.
